2. I cannot connect the bracelet to my phone. What should I do?

• Make sure the bracelet is turned on.

• Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your phone.

• Make sure the app is not connected to another bracelet.

• Make sure the bracelet is not connected to another phone.

• Make sure the bracelet is connected to your phone within 0.5 meters. Once connected, the bracelet is workable within 10 meters away from phone under BT mode.

3. I cannot recharge the bracelet. What should I do?
